It may seem strange to count a concept as an integral part of our team, but security and discretion are central to everything that we do.

Unless specifically instructed otherwise, we maintain complete anonymity in our dealings: your candidates need not know who we are, whilst your competitors and clients will never learn that we are your secret weapon on the recruitment battlefield.

Just as crucially, we enforce absolute, need-to-know-basis security at data level. You will never receive data intended for a competitor (this is the down-side), and your competitors will never receive data intended for you. Furthermore we employ sophisticated anonymisation technology to protect both clients and candidates, which nonetheless allows us to randomise the flow of data for SuperTrack clients, for instance, to ensure that available candidates are not approached by several clients at once!

You will never meet him, but we promise you that Security works tirelessly and continuously on your behalf!
